Two Words, Light on the Tongue
Two short phrases of remembrance that the Prophet ﷺ described as beloved to the Most Merciful and heavy on the scale.

Some of the greatest rewards are attached to the simplest words. This zikr takes a few seconds to say, yet it can be said while walking, waiting or falling asleep.
Hadith
كَلِمَتَانِ حَبِيبَتَانِ إِلَى الرَّحْمَنِ، خَفِيفَتَانِ عَلَى اللِّسَانِ، ثَقِيلَتَانِ فِي الْمِيزَانِ: سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ وَبِحَمْدِهِ، سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ الْعَظِيمِ
Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: “Two words are beloved to the Most Merciful, light on the tongue and heavy on the scale: Glory be to Allah and praise be to Him, glory be to Allah the Magnificent.”
Make it a daily habit
The first of these two phrases has a promise of its own when it is said one hundred times in a day.
